Welcome!

This blog will chronicle my adventures in cooking and baking for all the world to see... or at least those (un)fortunate enough to type in the url.

Format wise will be mainly posting recipes and dishes I have made (with photos included) with some commentary and history/inspiration behind the dish.  I have no particular style of food I will be targeting so nothing is taboo. Though my friends say I have a knack for cheesecakes so there might be some good stuff there whenever I get to posting about them.

Anywho, feel free to use the recipes and enjoy!
